Please remove the insulating films and place the earbuds in the charging case to activate and charge.

​Step 1:​​ Connect headphones to ​​Device 1​​ via Bluetooth.

​​Step 2:​​ ​​Disconnect​​ headphones from devices​​ 1

​​Step 3:​​ Pair with ​​Device 2​​ as a new connection.

​​Step 4:​​ Reconnect ​​Device 1​​ – now both devices stay paired!

Possible causes:

1.The charging point of the earbuds are contaminated

Solution:

1.Please dry the sweat on the earbuds after exercise.

2.Or use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the earbuds' charging points.

Possible causes:

1.Low battery

2.There are signal interference objects in the surrounding environment, such as surveillance cameras and routers.

Solution:

Recharge or move away from signal intererence.
